CK's CarWash

I’m extremely frustrated with this place, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a 1‑star review. I’ve tried giving this car wash multiple chances over the past several months because it’s the only one near my house. The location is great, but everything else is a mess. The machines constantly malfunction. They take your cash, then display “waiting for current wash to be completed” even when no one is in the bay. The membership pass is basically a scam at the Conklin Ave Binghamton location. About 90% of the time it says “wash unavailable” after scanning, yet if you buy a wash code, it magically works. Over four months, I was lucky if I could use my pass three times. Meanwhile, I’ve thrown away over $100 in single washes because the machine wouldn’t respond while cars were lined up behind me. You can’t pull forward, you can’t get help, and you can’t back out without creating chaos. The issue is not my phone. I’m using a Samsung S25 Ultra with strong Verizon signal, and the app is fully updated. On top of that, the equipment is almost always broken. The underbody wash was down for the entire month of November 2025. I watched the sprayers trap a car in front o

My husband spent $22 for a $4 car wash and could not get a representative to credit him or even call him back. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!!

I went here to use the dog wash, used it twice so my total was 14 dollars. I was charged 50 dollars and never got my money back, no answer when I called. The inside of the tub was very dirty. The dryer did not work well. The soaps were nice and smelled good, but that’s it. Don’t come here, and make sure you read the reviews before you do.

I wish I had read the reviews. I went back in March and paid $10. The door never opened. I called multiple times and even spoke to a girl that said she would let the manager or someone know and look into it. Never got the refund. It’s now July. It seems like this is just a way for them to scam people. Save your hard earned money, go elsewhere.

Went to laser wash on Conklin road this morning, paid $15.12 for a car wash, the car wash door wouldn’t open. Attempted to call for service no answer. I seen a review posted 4 days ago they also paid and no car wash. Seems they do not Maintain this car wash often!! Hope this don’t happen to more people. Also Hope I can get my $15 back since I still have a dirty car! Will never go here again!!!
